Who am I ?
I am a registered psychologist-sexologist practicing psychotherapy with Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT) using an inspiration based on Carl Rogers’ humanistic psychology known as the Person Centred Approach (PCA). Psychologist Ixelles
I offer support for adults, children or couples going through life transitions that may require a third party to help them cope and understand these transitions.
Each person has within themselves the resources to address and overcome the challenges they face. Long or short psychotherapies allow to discover and mobilise these difficulties in order to adjust invasive and complex moments in a sustainable way. Person-centred therapy allows each individual to develop their potential as well as functional and adapted resources.
I have come to feel that the only learning which significantly influences behaviour is self-discovered, self-appropriated learning…

As a psychotherapist I work with adults and children for: Psychologist Ixelles
Managing emotions and stress – especially in regard to burn-out;
Psychological evaluations and psychometric tests; such as IQ, personality tests, etc.
Furthermore, as a sex therapist, I propose; Psychologist Ixelles
Individual therapy;
Solution-oriented couple therapy: for homosexual or heterosexual couples – monogamous or polyamorous.
Concerning couple counselling, the proposed framework is innovative and not very widespread in Belgium. I work mainly in pairs with a fellow therapist, Mr Fernandes. We structure our couple psychotherapies with two practitioners in order to have the most appropriate vision possible in often complex situations. This practice offers the possibility to have a more refined analysis in terms of understanding the couple’s relational dynamics.
Being aware that it is sometimes complicated to commute and to find schedules that suit the schedule of work and family, I can offer sessions at home.
I work in French as well as in English.
